Clavestra Capital Limited is a proprietary digital-asset investment and treasury company, incorporated in Malta on 1 December 2025 (registration number C 113987; LEI 984500A46R971B095793). It is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Clavestra Capital Holdings Ltd, the Group’s parent holding company.
Clavestra Capital Limited manages and deploys the Group’s own capital across conventional and blockchain markets. We invest and steward proprietary reserves — not client funds — with a long-term horizon and an institutional discipline around security, transparency, and sustainability.
